Automatic route building: Import the shared master list once. Upload today’s required spreadsheet into Required today. All available master-list stops and unpinned required stops are candidates for every truck’s optimizer. Use the row’s Pin to Truck checkbox to make a stop mandatory for that truck; you can pin it to another truck later.

Deliveries are separate from seasonal pickups. Each row is one machine; enter a machine and work order for the route sheet.

Automatic routing · $0 Google API

The app sends address-only batch requests to the U.S. Census Geocoder once for new locations, then saves coordinates for later routes. Customer names and work-order notes are not sent. No Google Routes API calls are made. Stop order uses geographic distance, so it is approximate; Google Maps provides the driving directions.
